Amazon JumpStart helps students gain valuable work experience while attending high school. This youth apprenticeship program employs emerging talent who attend high schools in historically excluded communities. Designed to complement in-classroom learning, the program hosts apprentices to work as paid, part-time employees within tech and non-tech roles. Throughout this 2-3 year commitment, students receive real world, on-the-job work experience to accelerate their future career prospects.
