Accelerate your career

Amazon JumpStart helps students gain valuable work experience while attending high school. This youth apprenticeship program employs emerging talent who attend high schools in historically excluded communities. Designed to complement in-classroom learning, the program hosts apprentices to work as paid, part-time employees within tech and non-tech roles. Throughout this 2-3 year commitment, students receive real world, on-the-job work experience to accelerate their future career prospects.
When you join our program as a student, high school or college graduate, current employee, or cleared professional, you’ll be on a team that powers the cloud for millions of people around the world. In addition, you’ll receive hands-on training, guidance and support that will allow you to grow and progress your career. We are continually innovating the design and systems of our data centers to deliver constantly available, seamlessly scalable, and highly secure cloud services.
AWS CloudPrep Academy for Women guides and supports women for launching and developing life-long, successful careers in the cloud. The five-stage program supports women to enter cloud careers immediately upon completion of their high school diploma or GED, and provides career development opportunities to help them advance their careers while working at AWS.
AWS internships for students give you an exciting way to explore the cloud industry and build real-world skills and connections that will benefit you now and throughout your career. You’ll get involved in exciting projects that make a meaningful impact for our global customers and the people they serve. You’ll add valuable skills and experience to your resume, and be considered for a full-time offer.
